These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 444b online gaming platform, operated at 444b.club and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "You") and 444b ("We" or "Us"). Where a conflict exists between a specific offer's terms and these general Terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail. • The welcome bonus is available to new players only. One per player, per household, and per device.
• The bonus and deposit must be wagered the minimum number of times stated in the offer before any withdrawal is permitted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 444b disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 444b shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses from game outcomes, system downtime, payment processing delays, or third-party service failures. All wagers are placed at your own risk and 444b accepts no liability for any financial loss resulting from gaming activity on the Platform.

444b reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations, 444b will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or email. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The version date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last updated.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotional terms applicable to your account, constitute the entire agreement between you and 444b with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
